Skilled carpenter
Role & requirements: We are currently looking for an experienced multi-skilled carpenter to join our well established team. You will need to:
- Have served a full trade apprenticeship or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 10 years experience
- Have experience of loft conversions, extensions & refurbishment works.
- Have shuttering experience
- Willing to work in and around North London
- Willing to work overtime and be on call if required
- Good communication skills
- Have own Tools
- CSCS prefered but not essential
Person Specification: This position will suit someone who is focused with high attention to detail and can work well managing a team.
Location: Work will be carried out on projects in homes and development properties in North London. Ideally own transport.
Hours & Contract type: 50 hours a week on zero hours contract.
Salary: £15 - £18per hour dependent on skill & level of experience.
Ground-worker
Role & requirements: We are currently looking for an experienced ground worker to join our well established team. You will need to:
- Have served a full trade apprenticeship or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience
- Have experience of loft conversions, extensions & refurbishment works.
- Willing to work in and around North London
- Willing to work overtime and if required
- CSCS prefered but not essential
Person Specification: This position will suit someone who can work well in a team.
Location: Work will be carried out on projects in homes and development properties in North London. Ideally own transport.
Hours & Contract type: 50 hours a week for 1 month with the possibility of extending further
Salary: £12.5 per hour
Roofers
Role & requirements: We are currently looking for an experienced roofer to join our well established team. You will need to:
- Have served a full trade apprenticeship or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 10 years experience
- Have experience of loft conversions, extensions & new roof works.
- Experience working on flat roofs, GRP and liquid roofs
- Willing to work in and around North London
- Willing to work overtime and be on call if required
- Good communication skills
- Have own Tools
- CSCS prefered but not essential
